Job Details
A Utilities behemoth in Central London is commencing a search for a Head of Group Finance to join their team, due to internal promotion. The business has recently launched a group-wide transformation programme and requires a strong, technically minded individual to join their SLT.
The board and Group Finance Director is seeking an experienced, seasoned reporting specialist; candidates must have a complex controls and reporting background and the inter-personal skills to manage a sizeable team (c.50 in total) and drive a collaborative, stable and supportive culture.
Candidates will bring the following experience:
- Significant experience with complex, manual, multi-currency consolidations; comfortable with UK GAAP and IFRS and managing the relationship with their Big 4 Audit partner
- Excellent communicator, being regularly in contact with the Board, Audit Committee, Global Leadership Team etc; with a big presence in order to manage and communicate with very senior stakeholders
- An excellent project manager and able to juggle very many competing priorities.
