Chief Financial Officer

A fast growing and product-centric Consumer business in Central London are commencing an early search for a Chief Financial Officer, following a period of rapid growth.

Their offering is a niche, patented product that has seen real success over the past few years. The business currently generates revenues of c.£150m, and have plans to grow both organically and through acquisition over the next 24 months.

The business is one that, quite typically of an SME, has outgrown the capabilities of their function and as such, they are in need of a proven, established CFO to take the reins of finance.

We are looking for proven Chief Financial Officers/Finance Directors, with a strong Audit and Controls background and experience of professionalizing businesses. Ideally, you will have worked in product-based/B2C organizations of a similar size and be looking for an organisation that champions culture and success.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• ACA (ideally Big 4) qualified with significant PQE
• Extensive experience within consumer businesses, ideally high volume low cost products
• Exposure to PE-backed organisations
• A proven track record of scaling and professionalizing Finance
• Dynamic, personable and a real team player
