Finance Director

Location London / Remote - Very flexible work culture

Salary: c£90k-95k

We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Financial Director to join a thriving global marketing agency.

They are looking for the right candidate to redesign their finance function from one that has been built up over many years to support traditional marketing agency models to one that is aligned to more agile ways of working and recurring revenue models.

If you are passionate about building a business that is lean and agile and want to join a dynamic senior team that is transforming a legacy business into a global player in their industry, this is the perfect role for you.

Working closely with the VP of Client Services you will ensure products and services are profitable and that the sale and delivery of them is scalable in all markets they need to expand in to. You will need to recruit your support people to ensure the function can support them globally.

Working closely with the VP of People and Workstyle, you will instil a culture of productivity and negotiation across the business that drives profit margin gain.

Experience required:

• 5+ years of senior finance role experience in a similar industry
• Experience in both UK and US commercial management
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders to represent the company professionally
• Initiative and determination to see a project through from start to finish
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work with tact and confidentiality with senior decisions making teams
