We are looking for a Creative Leader with modern day retail, shopper and digital experience.

This agency is one of the best out there, and they're a highly respected integrated / creative agency. A large business, with some of the best talent out there, and their client list is impressive. They work with brands across every sector - FMCG, telco, retail, travel, hospitality, food, finance and more.

They're a fully integrated offering and do everything under one roof - brand, advertising, social, content, digital, experience and product innovation, media buying and more. They need a creative leader / Creative Director for a specific area within their business - their retail and shopper offering. This is not your traditional "shopper" business, its more focused around retail and and commerce, and the intersection between retail, digital, social and commerce. We need a Creative Director / Head of Creative who really does get retail, shopper and how today's consumers shop. It's not just about in-store POS and traditional shopper, or experiential led work, we need a Creative Director / Head of Creative who has experience in these areas of course, but you'll have been at the forefront of making current work for huge brands, with a real understanding of how to engage with shoppers across all comms touch points, digital and commerce being a huge part of this.

We are looking for a Creative Director / Head of Creative who is likely to have come from a design or art direction background, someone who really does appreciate the craft of design and how you engage with consumers / shoppers in a modern way. You'll be a Creative Director / Head of Creative who is tech savvy, with retail expertise. You'll be a Creative Director / Head of Creative who has a clear view point about today's shopper, and you'll have your finger on the pulse and a clear awareness of how consumers shop. An understanding of this is a must, we don't need a brand / advertising Creative Director / Head of Creative, the agency has lots of these! We need a real expert in the shopper / retail space and ecommerce, and how consumers shop in today's retail world where consumers have so much choice.

It's a very complexed world, consumers have choice and the agency needs to be on the front foot. They have hired very well, and the missing link is bringing in a Creative Director / Head of Creative who can help shape the creative direction of this agency department and team. You'll work alongside some amazing creatives, planners and strategists and client services leaders - we need a Creative Director / Head of Creative who can hold their own, you'll be brilliant with clients, an excellent presenter and a great leader with a view point.

You'll be able to showcase some outstanding work in this space, working with some of the best brands out there. We need a Creative Director / Head of Creative who can speak with authority and direct and come up with game changing ideas.
