As part of a major restructuring and transformation programme, we have the need for an experienced Senior R2R GPO for Shared Services.
You will form part of the Leadership team, leading and maintaining day-to-day operational performance of the process, as well as taking responsibility for the overall strategy, design, policies, transformation, and standardisation of the RTR process area.
You will also set the vision and implementation of how the financial RTR process integrates into the Operating Model, ensuring delivery of the outcomes required and that the day to day RTR is efficient, lean and market leading cost to deliver.

You will also set the vision and implementation of how the financial RTR process integrates into the Operating Model, ensuring delivery of the outcomes required and that the day to day RTR is efficient, lean and market leading cost to deliver.
Specifically:
- Supporting the migration into the SSC
- Identifications, standardisation and consolidation of processes in parallel with an SAP upgrade
- Acting as the conduit between the actual SAP team and the SSC
- Define and document the required process. Identify key areas for improvement, implement improvement initiatives and measure these initiatives.
- Management of a virtual team of GPO's
- Drive efficiencies and help to define what the new SAP capabilities look like
- Managing key stakeholder relationships (FD, Corporate Finance Director, SSC Director, Director of Operational Excellence etc)
Your skills & background:
- You will have likely been an FC and therefore understand the numbers, controls and their implications
- Strong transformational experience, particularly within P2P
- Exposure to systems implementation
- Proven experience of working with an off-shore strategic partner
