As the Senior Demand Generation Manager you will scale inbound pipeline performance to meet growth expectations, ensuring channel balance is right and performance is optimised and scalable.

My client is an award winning global SAAS business with offices in Hampshire; although they will consider someone on a remote basis who can make it into the office on an ad-hoc basis.

Description

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager you will:

  • Develop, optimise & scale demand generation initiatives to ensure inbound motion out performs inbound pipeline & revenue targets as part of a team
  • Lead development and implementation of strategies for automated nurture campaigns, SEO, content marketing and digital PR
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs
  • Report on marketing activities.

Profile

The successful Senior Demand Generation Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar demand generation role (5 years +)
  • B2B / SAAS experience - highly desirable
  • A growth mindset and eager to learn
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems - SalesForce and Pardot experience is highly desirable
  • Desirable - be a German speaker.

Job Offer

You will be joining a global SAAS business and will be able to work on a remote basis, with ad-hoc visits to the office in Hampshire (once/twice a month).
