Trade and Transaction reporting Technology Project Lead is an opportunity to join a central body responsible for future ways of working/digitalisation and reporting within Investment banking around regulatory reporting. The role will be to be a central point to lead delivery and proved expertise on both a regulatory and technology perspective.

Description
Trade and Transaction reporting Technology Project Lead Tasks
- Support/lead teams to drive and deliver high-impact projects related to regulatory reporting and engage with senior stakeholders and C-level management particularly within top tier industry clients
- Coordinate, track and report activities of business analysts and coordinating multiple fluid projects and workstreams within a large program of work. Strong familiarity with Agile tools such as Airtable, Jira, etc.
- Help moderate and facilitate workshops with (senior) member stakeholders and leverage agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, SCRUM, etc.
- Support/lead the setup and orchestration of program and project management office to support large-scale, complex digital transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
- Identify business needs, translate business requirements into technical concepts and guide SME workstreams accordingly.
- Assist interpretation of regulations with an aim to translate complex regulatory requirements into changes that members will need to implements with digital products (e.g. CDM, DRR)
- Assist in preparation of executive level presentations to an high standard and present articulately and concisely to cross-functions target audience
Profile
Trade and Transaction reporting Technology Project Lead Aptitudes
- Ideally from a Reg IT Change Management background. Coding skills not required, but experience communicating complex business to functional requirements, FAO technical stakeholders essential.
- Familiar with digital initiatives, digital transformations and new technologies leveraging Fintech and RegTech solutions
- Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter and used to working at times under their own initiative.
- Technical background with a good understanding of software development principles, lifecycle models and methodologies within agile and scrum
- Solid understanding of capital markets, in particular derivative transaction, related processes and market infrastructures.
- Advanced experience in Regulatory Trade and Transaction Reporting (e.g. Dodd Frank/EMIR/MiFID/ASIC/MAS reporting).
- Positive 'can-do' attitude to lead /drive change, including seasoned stakeholders/ business partners or faced with ambiguous requirements, and a willingness to get 'stuck-in' where required.
Job Offer
