Concept are working exclusively with a leading IT MSP to identify for them a Services & Operations Director. My client is looking to hire an experienced Services and Operations Director to help shape and scale their services and operations business plans to scale over the next 3-5 years. Reporting into the COO and exec team you will have full control and accountability to drive efficiencies across your people, tools & processes to achieve increased productivity through transformation and automation tools. Utilising the latest tools (AI, ML, Automation) across the services and operations business functions are seen as key to provide a better customer experience and reduce the manual repeatable activity. My client has made several acquisitions over the last 2-3 years and another key facet to this role is refreshing the technology platforms used, centralise them and save time and money and provide a better customer service in the process!

My client is a fast-growing Private Equity owned technology business and this a new role for the business not a replacement. It has been identified as crucial by the exec team in their quest to achieve their growth targets over the next 5 years taking their business from a c£100 million business to a £500 million through organic growth and further acquisitions.

Delivered scale in a Cloud enabled MSP - multi-cloud business (Azure is mandatory)
Responsible for SDM and Operations 24/7 set up
People 1st leader- this is critical
Strategic thinker - proven evidence and outcome based
Play a key role in a Cloud MSP that has experienced fast growth (organic and acquisitions)
Leading a growing organisation in the UK with teams in other countries
10 years' Service Delivery experience in an IT MSP / similar organisation
Experience of directing large teams 100 FTE +, multi-tech & platform
UK based with travel
Reporting currently or previously into the senior leadership / exec team Package on offer is £120,000 - £150,000 + bonus (15-20% bonus) - please send your CV in the 1st instance
