Start Date: September 2022
Contract Length: 12 months + Extension
Location: 100% Remote - However you must be willing to visit the team from time to time when required (IRELAND)
Pay: Daily rate is paid in Euros and it's negotiable
Essential Skills Set
- Strong knowledge of project management and change management principles, methodologies and tools, ideally certified in change management methodologies eg Prosci ADKAR
- Experience with organisational or technology related change projects ideally in a multi-vendor climate, leading large scale change programmes or change workstreams within large transformation programmes/projects.
- Experience with multiple workstreams and extensive process changes impacting users.
- Experienced in a variety of change/transformation programmes eg Finance transformation, ERP (SAP and Oracle) implementation, HRIS, CRM and Shared Services implementations.
- Experienced in all aspects of change management planning & execution.
- Experience managing a team of change analysts, and reporting to the Programme Manager on a progress-against-plan basis and on agreed KPI's.
- Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the programme, including the development of change metrics to measure success;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
