A professional body, based in London are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join as one of the first HR employees. The organisation are looking for HR expertise and guidance to manage the full employee life cycle for an initial 7 months. The role offers hybrid working.

Client Details

A professional body, with a headcount of circa 70 employees.


An Interim HR Manager to:

- Manage the full employee life cycle

- Implement policies and processes

- Manage any employee relation casework

- Develop the employee handbook

- Maintain and develop HR policies

- Support managers with recruitment campaigns and oversee this process

- Line manage a HR Officer

- Support longer term plans

- Make improvements to the existing HR System

- Potentially review and improve the HR department


An Interim HR Manager with experience:

- Level 5 CIPD desirable

- Working in an SME organisation

- In developing and implementing policies and processes

Job Offer

An Interim HR Manager to join a London based organisation

£200-250 per day PAYE

Immediate Start

Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week in London
