Description

As Head of HR you will be responsible for;

• Design, develop and implement a robust people strategy across the organisation
• Develop initiatives around engagement, well being, D&I, recruitment etc
• Partner with SLT to provide strategic advice guidance and support
• Manage the team, ensuring HR is providing sound employment law guidance to managers
• Identify areas for continuous improvements within the HR process

Profile

The successful candidate will;

• Proven track record operating at a senior level within HR
• Have developed and implemented a people strategy
• Strong employment law knowledge
• CIPD L7
• Strong stakeholder management skills
