Head of Finance

Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Head of Finance.

The company:- operates a global, fast-growing, cloud based technology platform network for the multi-billion pound sterling equipment hire industry. With offices in 4 countries and 300+ partners the company's rapid growth is built on a strong global brand.

The role:- Is the No1 role in finance and reports to the joint managing directors. Working remotely and from their London offices your responsibilities will include the preparation and presentation of the monthly and quarterly accounts pack, year end, balance sheet reconciliations, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations and analyzing financial data. Monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, and coordinating auditing processes.

The person:- Qualified graduate ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, as Financial Controller or Head of Operational Finance. Comfortable working in a small but rapidly expanding company reporting to two entrepreneurial managing directors.
A results-driven and confident individual comfortable working remotely to manage and improve the company's financial performance. Recommend and implement best accounting practices and direct the accounting operations of the business. Strong analytical skills, an exceptional problem-solver, resilient, confident and out going. Excel & Xero skills useful
