A multinational oil and gas infrastructure development firm is looking for a new Head of Finance in the EMEA region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a highly resistant business that has consistently grown over the course of its lifetime. Reporting directly to the Group CFO; this role will involve travel throughout large parts of Europe and the Middle-East.
Leading a large and established finance team. You will lead the process of financing new infrastructure projects alongside the maintenance of existing contracts.
Although travelling regularly, you will be based in London on a hybrid basis. You will be a major factor in the continued growth of the business in the EMEA region. This role represents a distinct step up for an ambitious finance professional with the ability to both analyse and source funding for development projects.
Upon joining the team you will be immediately integrated into a large and internationally focused company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Analysis over potential new projects across EMEA
- Continue to drive revenue growth
- Provide decision support to all areas
- Run annual budget process throughout the region
- Developing cost saving proposals in line with budgeting goals
- Presenting analysis of potential growth to both new and potential investors
- Manage the month end and reporting processes
- Support the financial reporting and efficiency of the business
Requirements for the role:
- ACA/CIMA Qualifications with extensive PQE
- Previous HoF experience
- Previous experience within the NR space, ideally in an international capacity
- Strong experience bringing development projects to completion
- Prior management experience of sizeable finance teams Clear communication skills
