Description

As Senior HR BP/Head of HR, you will be responsible for;

• Partnering with SLT on site to provide effective HR service
• Ensure development and succession planning is in place to achieve strategic priorities
• Coach, guide and advise line managers on people related matters, particularly around performance
• Engage with Unions
• Manage small team

Profile

The successful candidate will;

• Have experience working with Unions
• Proven track record at Senior Management level within HR
• Experience working within a fast paced multi site environment, ideally from Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Industrial
• Exposure working with a diverse workforce
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• CIPD L7
