Description
The Global Regulatory Affairs Director will be responsible for leading regulatory strategy and providing a proactive policy for the business. You will interpret regulations and policies across multiple regions and advise the cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements. In addition you will represent the regulatory team on global executive committees and with customers. You will regulate and validate framework on specific products and ensure that training is implemented at all levels of the business. You will improve existing policies and procedures and lead continuous improvement activities across the business.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a PhD or Masters Degree in a scientific or related discipline with a proven track record of Regulatory leadership within a Chemical/Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment. You will have strong leadership capability, having presented to board level and to key customers around all regulatory matters. You will have thorough knowledge fo FDA, ISO and GMP requirements and worked developing a global regulatory management system and framework before. You will be able to work autonomously and with create accountability through training and mentoring.
