Reed Finance have been engaged by a Private Equity backed Technology Business based in London. They are seeking an experienced Finance Director for a minimum 12 month maternity contract.
Working alongside a seasoned CFO (Chief Financial Officer) you will manage a day-to-day finance function of 10. This is a highly visible role within the business, and will have interaction with the board, and Private Equity Investors.
You will have experience of working within a Private Equity/Venture Capital backed environment, and strong exposure to management reporting, statutory and tax.
To be considered for this role you shall be:- An ACA Qualified Accountant preferably (Ideally trained with a Top 20 Audit Firm)- Experience of working for an IT Services, Technology of Professional Services business with revenues between £30-£100m- Strong post qualification experience- Have worked within a similar controller role previously- Strong people management experience have managed teams of 5-10 people- Advanced Excel skills- Supporting with M&A Due Diligence and integrations - Experience of working with investors, and managing reporting to PE investors
This assignment shall be for a minimum of 12 months and reward with a generous base salary.
