The Central Bedfordshire Group is seeking to appoint up to 8 Non-Executive Board Directors to the Boards of The Central Bedfordshire Group and Care is Central to support the operations and growth of the companies
We are looking for a diverse range of skills and applicants will, ideally but not exclusively, be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience including:

In return we can offer the opportunity to develop your Non-Executive career whilst supporting the growth and development of a new group of companies and a remuneration package of circa £3,000 per annum plus expenses.
The expertise, passion, and commitment you possess is more important than extensive experience of the sector or as a Non-Executive Board Director, however if you have knowledge and expertise from the care sector or the property sector this would be an advantage.

- Strategy Setting and developing fledgling businesses
- Corporate Finance HR to include the recruitment and management of a care workforce, employment branding and skills retention
- Strategic experience of commissioning and overseeing corporate ICT and non-ICT systems, such as finance, Business Planning, Risk Management, performance Reporting, Marketing, Customer Services
- Entrepreneurial skills and experience from setting up and growing new businesses.

- Care sector specific knowledge Commercial operation of care homes / domiciliary care services / Learning Disability care Commercial growth in the care or similarly regulated sector Regulatory Supervision or CQC Regulation
