Reed Leadership Finance have been engaged by a multi-site professional services firm. Having gained an aware winning reputation in their sector they are now seeking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their team on a permanent basis.

Joining post Private Equity investment, they are looking for a Chief Financial Officer who can support them through some strategic M&A, and prepare them for an exit event within the next 18 months.

Your shall be responsible for:

- Professionalising the finance function, and making it fit for purpose

- Working closely with the CEO on strategy

- Managing the day-to-day finance function, and supporting with other operational areas of the business

- Managing the relationship with the Private Equity investors

- Working with the CEO and PE backers on any potential acquisitions

- Taking the lead on integrating newly acquired businesses to the group

To be considered for this role you shall:

- An ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified professional

- Have extensive experience within professional services/fee earning businesses

- Experience within Private Equity or Investor backed businesses

- Experience of taking a business through a transaction process

- M&A and Business Integration experience

You shall be rewarded with a generous base salary of £130,000 and equity
