THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
As a Head of Performance Marketing, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Business growth - analyse the data to provide actionable insights to grow.
- Performance management - overseeing global performance marketing activity to improve return on investment and provide the company with a competitive advantage.
- Lead and evolve the strategy for their core lifecycle marketing performance channels such as email, in-pack marketing, Refer-a-Friend, SMS, review/testimonial optimisation, and sampling
- Coach a small team of performance and lifecycle marketers
- Working cross-functionally
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Head of Performance Marketing will have:
- Performance & Growth marketing experience
- Ideally, experience in eCommerce start-ups or scale
- Knowledge of using data to drive conversion, LTV, ROAS, and CAC improvements
- Significant experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Ometria, Looker, Tableau
- knowledge of Python and SQL
