BPO Sales Director/BPO, BPaaS/is required by a global consulting organisation to join and become one of the leaders of their business development team.

You will be responsible for:

• creating and driving commercial sales pipeline within UK and Europe retail banking sector
• developing partnerships with company's technology partners and clients
• seeking out new and expanding existing opportunities to build the pipeline and lead the pursuit

Required experience

• experience in selling multimillion pound value BPO/BPaaS solutions
• good knowledge of retail banking domain will be beneficial
• ability to develop partnerships with both global well-established companies and start-ups
• excellent relationship building skills
• expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes on complex large deals
