ServiceNow Management Consultant

I am working with one of the world's largest IT solutions companies who have an exciting opportunity for a Management Consultant to join their team and support ta number of their end clients with their ServiceNow requirements.

By combining your experience and understanding of ServiceNow with your expertise in consultancy, understanding client needs and "pain points" you will be providing support, advice and consultancy in large scale ServiceNow deployments with a particular area of focus being around HR and financial functionality.

You will have 6+ years' experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services, industry. I am also looking for somebody with a strong understanding of process driven transformation and the use of technology to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

To lead ServiceNow (SN) specific simplification, automation, and consulting engagements
Contribute to the growth and adoption of ServiceNow for non-IT Service Management workflows
Conduct process analysis and discovery, shaping innovative ServiceNow based use cases and Service Management solutions
Engage with client's tech leadership team and evangelise best practices
Oversee delivery of technical proof of concept

The ideal candidate....

6-10 years of management consulting or process consulting experience
Knowledge of end-to-end ServiceNow platform including IT, Employee and Customer workflows
Knowledge of the latest technical solutions available in the market and their pros and cons
Proven experience in managing senior client business stakeholders
Highly innovative and impact thinking in both business operating model transformation and technology
Experienced and comfortable in leading consulting engagements end to end with minimal supervision
Effective communication - written, presentation and verbal
Ability to prepare and lead client workshops, capture, document, analyse and communicate information obtained during the workshop
Self-starter, passionate about results and a team player
Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues in a well-structured and meaningful way
Experience working in a demanding, high achieving environment where making sense of ambiguity is the key to success
Passionate about digital transformation and have the ability and experience to drive and inspire a team
