If you have 3 years' experience as in-house counsel, working with technology, ideally SaaS/Fintech, interest is welcomed from individuals with:

• A minimum of 5 years practising law in UK
• Privacy & DPA negotiation
• Experience designing and negotiating technology subscription, licensing, and support agreements (both direct with customers and through partners / resellers)
• Experience of international business outside the UK, working with external law firms
• A track record of building internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ability to mentor and educate senior team members in understanding the meaning of legal terms and processes
• Residing in a reasonable commute from both Suffolk and London
