Director Finance Business Partnering/Fully Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director Finance Business Partnering to join a leading organisation for 12 months contract. It will be fully remote

As an Director Finance Business Partnering - You will be responsible for leading tax work on the international aspects of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations for regional group businesses. You will be responsible for building relationships with regional business and finance leaders, and other non-tax stakeholders as a trusted business partner.

This role is inside IR35 so please bear this in mind when applying

Key skills:

• Graduate, or equivalent, with a professional qualification (accounting or legal).
• Experience in core cross-border tax issues and associated tax accounting, preferably with relevant commercial tax exposure.
• Broad up to date knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing and of relevant UK tax law.
• Ability to interact with all levels and parts of an organisation including Treasury, Legal, Finance and Business and to manage advisers.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, team oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good project management experience and expertise.
• Strong organisational skills and documentation skills.
