Business Analyst - Global (Re)insurance Company - Up to GBP80K - City of London/Hybrid

Due to continuous growth, my client who is a well-known global (re)insurance company in the City of London, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. It is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to pursue a career in the insurance domain. My client is looking to expand organically and through acquisition, and there will be plenty of room for growth and new ideas.

Role:

Working across both MGA and broking sectors, you will closely with management and key business units to provide recommendations and statistical information from numerous PAS sources that uphold the company's standards and processes. You will also be completing data quality assurance checks, as well as regular KPI and management reports to drive issues to their resolution. My client has ambitious plans to grow the business, which gives you an outstanding opportunity to employ and enhance your skills!

The following are essential:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in within a London Market Insurer/Broker
• Comprehensive insurance industry knowledge on policy admin systems, processes, and business practices etc.
• Thorough understanding of Commercial Insurance, MRCs/Slips
• Experience in data manipulation and reconciliation
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The following are desirable:

• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Capability to identify and implement continuous process improvements
• Motivation to work independently with minimal supervision
• Insurance qualifications eg, CII

Working Hours & Flexible Working:

• 2-3 days onsite in the London office

Salary: Up to GBP80,000 (depending on experience) + a 10% discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
