We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest financial services companies in the UK, who are looking to bring on the right individual who will be responsible for creating and deploying long-term strategic business goals.

We are looking for a Head of User Experience / UX who is highly autonomous, to lead a team of UX designers and to design and implement the UX strategy moving forward for the organisation, on a hybrid basis in Edinburgh.

Within this role you will be responsible for championing the user experience at every interface; you'll design and create first-class experiences across the organisation's secure sites and mobile apps whilst building and leading a strong team to support you.

Ideally, you will have a high level of expertise in interaction and user interface design, analysing and interpreting customer problems to deliver engaging intuitive experiences; a track record of leading high-performing design teams spanning multiple products, projects and priorities; experience in delivering successful digital campaigns, from concept to execution to success measurement and optimisation; experience working effectively within an agile delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid to go against the grain and be able to communicate clearly when they believe something isn't working or can be improved upon.

In return, you can expect a total package which will be well in excess of six figures, with generous bonus structures based upon both individual and company performances in place.
