I am currently working with an NHBC modular house builder who are looking to recruit a freelance design manager for their Tamworth office.

NHBC modular house builder who are pioneering the future of homes. There stunning homes are NHBC standard and their regional office is based in Tamworth.
Description
They are looking for someone to start in July for 3-6 months to liaise with land, technical, commercial and construction to manage the design of schemes from concept stage through to planning approval.
Profile
Must have relevant experience ideally with either a modular builder or NHBC housing developer.
