You will be a EMEA PeopleSoft Support Analyst working for Financial Services here in the City of London

Client Details

My client is an International Banking group looking for a EMEA PeopleSoft Support Analyst - Financial Services, City of London.

Description

A break down of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the CIB process
  • Work with ADM teams (level 3) and/or Business Analysts for incidents resolution when relevant
  • Manage and own problem through Service Now (ITSM) and JIRA including good quality & relevance of information
  • Prioritise problems with ADM teams during regular review meetings
  • Organise regular incident review meetings with APS peers (when SPOC of an area) and discuss areas for improvements (detection, communication, risk of occurrence, documentation... )
  • Participate in discussion around capacity management for all our applications with APS or with ADM teams pre/post go-live

Profile

For this role to be fulfilled fully:

  • Expert knowledge on the PeopleSoft application (3 to 5 year experience or more).
  • Knowledge of incident , problem and change management skills (ITIL concepts).
  • Demonstrate pro-activity, transparency and accountability for identifying and managing conduct risks.
  • Ability to support and configure: Process Scheduler, Integration Broker and REN Server, Web Server and Application Server, Complex PeopleSoft Queries, Report distribution.

Job Offer

A 6-month contract for a EMEA PeopleSoft Support Analyst. The day rate is between £500 - £550 p/day (Inside IR35) in the City of London working within Financial Services.
