My client are a local housing developer looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager on their site near Peterborough. Long term role.

Local NHBC housing developer who have multiple sites within the Peterborough area.
Description
Working alongside the Site Manager to ensure the plots are finished to a high standard. Working with sub-contractors and staff to ensure all snagging completed also.
Profile
This role would e ideal for an experienced Site Manager who is looking for a long term freelance contract or an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to progress into a potential permanent position. Must have hoiusing experience, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
