Remote - Flexibility for occasional travel to the South Coast

We are representing a market leading, international B2C organisation who have an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join their IT team.

This is a senior leadership role, and your main remit will be to manage and oversee the current programmes - ensuring that they are on track, and that there is the correct resource allocation and dependencies. In this role, you will have an independent overview of the programmes, to clearly understand where the programmes are at, ensure the delivery is successful, and sequence how they move forward.

You will have the opportunity to influence the IT leadership team with a new way of working, leading a team of project managers. This company offer flexibility with remote working, whilst retaining a great company culture and collaborative working environment.

We are therefore looking for the following experience:

• Experience working within an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and can demonstrate the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver projects within budget.
• Experience working on end-to-end retail projects ie replatforming.
