Join this highly successful, rapidly expanding food delivery brand as their interim Global Head of Marketing on a day rate contract that will specifically develop the 360 multi-channel strategic marketing plan targeted at the rider population and work with the team to roll out the implementation across multiple markets.

Description

As the Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining creative, best-in-class strategies to build the rider fleet across all markets, defining allocation of the marketing budget and leading a 5 strong marketing team to successful implementation.

During the Interim you will be focused on:

Marketing Campaign Strategy - Develop and manage the overall rider marketing campaign strategy, this encompasses both on and offline marketing campaign planning to maximise reach & engagement.

Project Management
- Define implementation plans for the team based on long-term strategies and track progress against milestones and targets

Playbook Creation - Draw on central & international market initiatives and learning to create playbooks for marketing strategies, develop best practices and increase data-driven decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration - work closely with insights, performance marketing, CRM, and other internal and external stakeholder inform strategic plans

Profile

The candidate that secures this position will bring the following skill and track record to the role:

  • Proven track record in a 360 senior marketing position from direct selling business, FMCG, retail, consulting.
  • Enjoys building marketing road maps and plans then executing with teams
  • Highly competent at presenting & influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking with clear communication skills
  • Strong global or international marketing knowledge.
  • You must be available for a quick start (max 2 weeks notice)
  • Happy to work hybrid - London/Home split
