We are currently seeking a Project Director to join the team for delivery of major projects up to £150m within the Residential, Commercial and Hotel Sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the core project management team, reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Project Director will be responsible for managing resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project up to £150m safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit.

Including the management of clients, consultants and stakeholders, you will advise the wider team on construction methodology, programming and staffing whilst assisting in the preparation of submission and presentation documentation. You will co-ordinate the teams on site to ensure a successful project delivery and ensure compliance of all relevant legislation including Health & Safety and Environment as well as company procedural requirements.
