Head Of IT (to deliver IT Solutions to various Charities across London)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Of IT to join a really successful IT managed service provider who provide IT Strategy, IT Support and it Solutions to over 50 charities mainly across London.

The role will be predominantly working with one Charity and will be mainly remote working with some on-site meetings when required.

Our client has asked to see evidence on candidates CVs where they have delivered strategy, best practice and governance across applications, IT security as well as IT infrastructure. They are looking for a bedrock of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to strategize and take clients on the journey, not just keep the lights on.

It is also essential that candidates wishing to apply have experience of working in organisations where ITIL Best Practice' was in placeincluding Incident Management and Change Management. Our client are a Microsoft Gold Partner, therefore it is essential that the End Customer Head Of IT has a good understanding of delivering Infrastructure and various other IT projects involving O365 and MS Azure

The main focus of the role will be ensuring that End User Satisfaction' is high and managing change and improvements across each of the Charities IT Infrastructure whist at the same time forming excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
