This global agricultural specialist, provides outstanding products to a range of markets, part of a British FMCG organisation, they have asked us to assist in the recruitment of an exceptional Head Of Supply to join the Senior Management Team.As the Head of Supply, you will run both demand and supply planning as well as the S&OP process to deliver outstanding customer service levels.You'll be responsible for:Development of the Planning strategy and the company planning function to develop the Supply Chain of the Future ensuring that the goals of growth across markets and volume are realised and delivered in a profitable and efficient manner.Effective leadership, management and development of your team to ensure the potential of your colleagues is fully realised in a fast-paced environment.Execution of the demand and supply plans.Developing and managing the S&OP Process on behalf of the business to support good decision making whilst ensuring the overall supply chain balance is understood and meets demand requirements.Building strong relationships with key suppliers, plus internal and external customers to ensure best in class service.

What we are looking for:Experience of running S&OP process across a fast-paced manufacturing organisation.Experience of heading up a large, multi-product planning function within a multi-site, fast moving business.A strategic thinker who can build great relationships to get people on board with new ways of working. Excellent people management and development skills. Significant continuous improvement experience.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have worked for multinational, blue chip companies who have experience of SOP at an executive level, ideally you have been working for a FMCG or food production business.
