Global Head of Talent acquisition managing a global team of circa 20 across the US, Europe, Australia & APAC. You will create the entire strategic & operational function, look at process efficiencies, look at the service delivery model, EVP and create a graduate programme. Description
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Create an entire Talent Acquisition function
  • Transformation - mapping out & migrating roles currently in local countries
  • Help build EVP with marketing function
  • Deputise for Chief People Officer when needed in presenting to Executive & Board
  • Large volume of hires across India currently circa 500
  • Understand challenges of hiring in different jurisdictions
  • Sourcing an ATS
  • Managing a global team currently of circa 20 of which three are Regional Leads but have more headcount
  • Process efficiencies
  • Globalisation - moving people from East to West
  • Look at the service delivery model
  • Create a graduate programme
  • University affiliation plans in India

Profile
  • Global Head of Talent Acquisition within any fast paced sector
  • Team management of circa 20 globally but still hands on approach
  • Talent Acquisition transformation - set up a Talent Acquisition function. Part of the HR operating model transformation
  • Any corporate sector with large volume of hiring
  • Process efficiencies
  • Creative approach/new ideas
  • Executive stakeholder management
  • Europe and US/APAC
  • Worked in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

Salary £130,000 - £160,000 + 15% bonus + shares

You do not need Financial Services sector experience specifically, just an understanding of working in a fast paced environment. So a great opportunity to move into Financial Services.
