I am working with a PE backed organisation that requires an HR Senior Director to join them and partner with two key business units. The role will work closely with the MD of each business and, along with a small HR team within each business, will provide HR Business Partnering to circa 500 employees.

The main reporting line for this business with be to the CHRO, with dotted lines to the BU MD's. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing and utilising appropriate people analytics and metrics to monitor HR team effectiveness
  • Acting as a senior advisor to the business areas on all HR needs - including, but not limited to, organizational effectiveness, talent management and development, performance management etc.
  • Being a contributing member of the senior leadership team (SLT), and driving team effectiveness and talent management initiatives throughout the business unit
  • Supporting senior leaders in creating team and enterprise environments that leads to high performance
  • Apply the principles of organization design to daily work where needed
  • Building holistic workforce strategy and planning to drive objectives and desired outcomes of the business (short-term as well as long-term)
  • Working with CHRO and HR team to create and align on enterprise talent strategy, roadmaps, key processes and practices
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

This role will be hired on a fixed term basis for an initial 6-8 months with the successful candidate likely to be offered the role on a permanent basis after this time. In terms of location, applicants must be comfortable spending 3 days on-site, either in the Group Head Office, or with the Business Unit.
