MI Business Analyst
London/Hybrid

MI Business Analyst is required for pivotal role by thriving Insurance organisation. The successful individual will join an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing and forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our MI and reporting function.

Role responsibilities

• Work with key business stakeholders to ensure delivery of MI solutions that meet the business' needs whilst tracking key performance indicators relating to build time, usage etc.
• Shape business strategy using MI to address current and emerging business needs
• Understand the Data Policies and associated documentation, and ensure that these sets of policies are consistently implemented
• Develop MI build processes and policies
• Gather, understand, and document detailed MI business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques to build
• Ensures that the technical team's understanding of requirements and features is aligned with client requirements
• Develops strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Deliver assigned projects and contribute to other projects and initiatives as required
• Actively undertakes personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of best practices

Key requirements

• Experience of working as a MI Business Analyst (preferably at least 2 years)
• Hands-on experience of creating MI to help the business solve problems and take on opportunities
• Experience of working in an Agile project environment
• Experience working with ADO, PowerBI, SalesForce (desirable) and preferably SQL
• Experience of working in the Insurance industry preferred, particularly in the London Market
• A customer-centric approach to problem-solving and data requests
• A self-starter who can handle multiple priorities
• Excellent listening & communication skills
