Main Responsibilities
- The management and planning of "Project Norma", our ERP Data Migration Project
- Logistical framework, critical path, and RACI of each project/campaign
- Migrating from Mercatus to Aptos Merchandising (including Product and Purchasing, Allocation & Replenishment, Pricing, Inventory/Web IM and Invoice Matching, Reporting)
- Managing third party SDLC and external suppliers for custom integrations
- Key external relationships with third party development teams and external suppliers
- Supplier management and negotiation in collaboration with business teams including, budgets, schedules, and scope
- Successful and timely delivery of the project as per the agreed objective and outcomes; aligned with the company's objective, strategy, and timelines
- Key internal stakeholder management with IT, Merchandising and eCommerce & Digital teams.
- Working collaboratively to gain stakeholder engagement and sign offs throughout delivery
- Communications and reporting to business and senior stakeholders
- Reporting management: create and implement reporting frameworks to ensure improved and optimised performance with forthcoming campaigns.
- Contribution and ongoing improvement of the project management tools and methodology
- Risk management: Review and report progress with a focus upon budget and delivery: identify risks, create resolutions, and implement recovery where required.
- Ensuring all risks and issues have an agreed owner and target resolution dates
- Present findings on proposed solutions to complex operational and processing problems and make recommendations
- Change Management - excellent change deployment and handover to operations, improving the risk position, whilst driving quality outcomes for our customers and internal teams
- Quality Management and Quality Assurance of project
- Cost Control - Management of the project/programme budget, risks, and dependencies
- Overarching project scheduling and ongoing management
Key Competencies
- Previous experience of managing ERP data migration and integration projects
- End-to-End Project Delivery ie driving the project through to completion
- Ability to establish clear governance, milestones, and deliverables with internal and external teams
- Retail Sector experience (preferred)
- Budget Management - CAPEX and OPEX
- 3rd Party SDLC Management
- External Supplier Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Change Management - ability to influence C-Level, Senior Management etc
- Experience using different Project Methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, RAD etc
- Accountable, Credible, Commercial and Succinct approach to work
- Problem Solver ie Solutionist
- Excellent Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Six Sigma, PMP or PRINCE2 Certified (preferred)
