Senior Project Manager - Business Change

Opportunities exist to recruit a number of Senior Project Managers to work within a busy Business Change Team

Working on concurrent Business Change/Transformation projects varying in size and complexity, the Senior Project Manager will be accountable for leading a team of resources within assigned projects throughout the full project life cycle.

The Senior Project Manager will have overall accountability for the delivery of the project portfolio to agreed timescales, cost and quality.

As Senior Project Manager you will:
Maintain oversight of the delivery team's activities
Support the Programme Manager and Head of Business Change in activities supporting both project and programme definition
Plan Projects proactively, managing projects against agreed deliverables
Liaise with key stakeholders including Business Owners, project Board, Project team and third parties accordingly
Identify project dependencies and mitigate risk
Control and challenge project scope undertaking change management
Manage and track budgets
Allocate project resource
Mange vendor relationships
Be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the practises, procedures and principles of Project Management including Prince2, APMG or equivalent.
