We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an IT Director to join a software house in the financial services space. This could be an ideal step into your first IT Director role, or would equally be an exciting prospect for an experienced IT Director, who truly wants to make a difference and help our client through their digital transformation journey.

You will be tasked with defining the IT roadmap and strategy for IT infrastructure, CRM, Front End Customer and Client systems, applications and portals, Back End internal systems, which are currently a mixture of cloud and on-Premises environments.

To apply for the role we are looking for the following experience:

• Strategic thinker with c. 3 - 5 years of management experience in an IT environment.

• Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.

• Sufficient knowledge to understand the requirements and constraints related to software development

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server and O365

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and the relevant security and licencing models

• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
