Brookwood is looking for a skilled and collaborative Head of Cyber Security to join our client's inclusive and dedicated team. This full-time Cyber Security Head role is based in London and offers an attractive salary of £100,000-£130,000 and excellent benefits.

As a flexible Head of Cyber Security, you will direct, manage, implement and roll-out global, fit for purpose security solutions. You will also advise on an appropriate territory-wide strategy and action plan to protect company and customer information.

In your first few weeks in this Head of Cyber Security role, you can expect to:

• Guide the implementation and maintenance of cyber security solutions
• Develop cyber incident response capabilities
• Create a risk registry that highlights the most significant risks to the business concerning cyber security and data protection
• Work with HR, Legal and Audit to embed a culture where all employees know the importance of privacy, data protection and external threats

To apply for this cyber security role, you will need to be a proven specialist having worked at a senior management level with full accountability for cyber security in a busy, pan European/global multi-site customer-facing business. You will also require proven experience in having full responsibility for proactively managing and monitoring cyber security across an entire organisation. In addition, you should have expertise in standardising and centralising security solutions, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Additional requirements include:

• Multi-factor authentication systems experience
• Security Operations Centre experience (SOC) and security as a service
• Expertise in managing outsourced providers
• Familiarity with delivering and managing cyber security solutions in a matrix environment
• Previous experience managing and monitoring SIEM systems
