Job Title: Employee Insight Communication and Project Manager

Location: City of London - Douglas House (Hybrid)

Industry: Gas & Oil, HR, Communications

Employment type: month contract

Daily rate: GBP400-GBP450

Engagement via an umbrella company

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced employee insights communication and project manager to work on bp's global annual employee survey and supporting listening products.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and competent project manager, have exceptional stakeholder management abilities and a passion for storytelling.

You will do:

* Develop and execute a strategic employee listening communications plan

* Work across teams/departments; you'll work in close partnership with people and culture (HR), communications, ethic and compliance and internal business tags to land the annual employee survey and deliver results and action plans

* Produce employee communications; including presentations, announcements, yammer post and videos to be delivered across a variety of communications channels.

* Support the launch of new listening products across the employee life cycle

* Create a programme which ensures our employees are equipped to be insight ambassadors

You will have:

* You can demonstrate your experience of working in diverse environments with evidence of leading communications programmes in different countries.

* Strong audience-led communications experience. You can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.

* Incredible project and stakeholder management skills. You're confident operating at all levels across the business and love holding the pen and leading projects from the front

* Organised and creative. With the business environment constantly changing, you're able to adapt and change direction in an instant. You're comfortable working at a fast pace and are able to meet deadlines.

* A strong communicator and excellent stakeholder manager, able to influence audiences and win hearts and minds both within the Communications and HR teams, and across the business
