This Senior Brand Manager role will involve delivering sales targets through the creation and implementation of a strategic and tactical marketing plan, working with cross functional teams, while keeping track of A&P expenditure. Also working across departments to launch profitable and innovative NPD.

Description

This Senior Brand Manager role will involve:

  • Working across departments to launch profitable and innovative NPD
  • Managing the life cycle of the brands and developing value propositions to enable engagement
  • Increase profits and value contribution for business in the UK focusing on meeting or exceeding sales, margin and market share of 'the brands'.
  • Take responsibility for the relevant P&L for assigned 'brands'
  • Developing the marketing strategy including marketing plans to drive maximum revenue and contribution for the business unit.
  • Work with global brand teams on further developing local strategies e.g. pricing strategy, channel strategy and e commerce and tactics for the brands
  • Data management and constant analysis of market data and trends, studying competitors' products and services
  • Exploring and developing new growth opportunities in the UK, for example in terms of NPD or brand enhancement, distribution, rate of sale, usage rate, new target audience
  • Working with external marketing, sales, development, research or other agencies to develop the strategies and tactics
  • Working with commercial manager on commercial relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, external third-party agencies and licensors as required
  • Developing trade/professional presentations when required

Profile

To be considered for this Senior Brand Manager opportunity, you will have/be:

  • 3-5 years experience as a brand manager or senior brand manager
  • Experience of multi-channel marketing including digital and social media
  • Lead people directly and cross functionally and internally and externally to ensure delivery
  • Continually looks for improvements nominates new ideas to the business
  • Exeperience within Healthcare or FMCG company (desirable)
