Description

As a Senior Marketing and Communications professional, you will be responsible for raising the organisations profile and promoting services across both internal and external stakeholders.

As Marketing and Communications lead, you will involve in a broad range of Marketing, Media Relations and Internal Communications.

You will be involved in creating the strategy and a potential re-brand

  • You will develop strategies to build and integrate internal and external communications in a concentrated push to engage stakeholders.
  • Deliver full mix marketing - strategic marketing outcomes - multi-channel marketing approaches.
  • Build and develop marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the brand in the marketplace
  • Communications and media relations- Build media relations activity, identifying key contacts and building a network of media contacts
  • Prepare engaging, incisive media materials, which have cut through with key media outlets.
  • Internal Communications - To build the right narrative and two-way communications approaches internally, ensuring that staff are able to engage across multiple channels.
  • Support in the delivery of events, staff conferences and roadshows

Profile

As a Marketing and Communication Lead you would have worked across the full marketing mix. You will understand the importance of branding and also have a strong understanding of communications at a senior strategic level.

  • Worked at a senior level delivering both marketing and communications across an organisation at a strategic level but also able to be hands on.
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate or equivalent qualification a must.
  • Proven knowledge of creating and delivering integrated, strategic marketing and communications plans, in support of organisational goals, to multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear experience of delivering marketing campaigns and creating engaging collateral and deploying the right message across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Experience of acting as a brand guardian and building brands.
  • Previous experience of managing a small team
  • An understanding of the Third Sector/ Charities would be advantageous

Job Offer

A competitive salary of £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Holidays, Benefits and Flexible Working

This role is be mainly remote with some travel to Yorkshire and South East as required
