Reporting to the CEO, The Head of Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing the global go to market strategy, ensuring company-wide objectives are being met

You ideally will thrive in a small team, have an entrepreneurial mindset and be a proven self-starter

Responsibilities

You will lead efforts on brand, product, growth, and performance marketing

Build and execute the global go-to-market strategy

Create new marketing initiatives

Manage and grow an internal team of digital marketing experts, and manage external agency relationships

Create and manage a quarterly marketing budget

Grow the Ecosystem and be responsible for creator success

Manage all steps of campaign planning

Create reports to summarise on performance

Ensure all required data is collected and reported, enabling data-driven decision-making

What we're looking for

8+ years Digital marketing/Growth experience

Ideally experience with the US markets

Start-up experience and team management experience

Experience growing an in-house marketing team of different skill sets

Hands-on experience building and executing successful CRM campaigns

Experience of managing complex data sets to drive insights, campaign execution, measurement, and reporting.
