We are currently working with a highly ambitious recruitment business who have a strong plan for international and UK growth over the next three years. To deliver these objectives they need to ensure that their internal processes and practices are best in class.

They are therefore looking to appoint a hands-on interim Transformation/ Programme Director to assess all their activities and make relevant recommendations. This will include:

  • Developing cohesive processes, reporting and management information
  • Reviewing their technology platforms
  • Design and implementation of information systems
  • Ensuring data is accurate and up to date

To be considered for this role, you will be an experience Programme Director with experience of leading organisations through periods of change with a hands-on approach to running projects. Ideally you will have experience of working within the Recruitment and Staffing sector – but if not, experience of other business services will be considered.

The company is open to an interim working remotely, but you will need to be able to visit their offices which are based in London, The Home Counties and the North West. The project is likely to last for nine months, so you need to be able to commit to that time frame. When applying please include your day rate.
