Freelance Site Manager required for 6-9 months on a new build NHBC housing site in Derbyshire.
Client Details
National NHBC housing developer with a regional office and numerous sites local to the East Midlands.
Description
Working alongside existing Assistant Site Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure all plots are built and handed over to a high standard. Site compromises of NHBC quality houses and affordable housing apartments.
Profile
Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and experience working with a large NHBC housing developer.
Job Offer
Long term (6-9 months) freelance contract, immediate start and good chance of work to follow on for the right candidate.
