Location: France / Switzerland 

Day rate OR Salary: €1200 - €1700 + expenses / €200,000 + bonus 

Duration: 9 months + 

Finatal are working exclusively with a large-cap operating partner seeking a hands-on PMO lead to support an exciting carve-out project. The business is headquartered in France with an international footprint, revenues of c. €150m and €30m ebidta. Partnering with the fund and portfolio, you will be tasked with the following: 

  • Establishing the business as a stand-alone customer-centric medium sized organisation.
  • Running the PMO (project management office) regarding the carve-out and early stages of the value creation plan design.
  • Working with target management team, sellers group representatives, private equity shareholder and selected set specialised advisors (e.g. IT Carve-Out).
  • PMO deliverables would thus include Carve-Out master action plan, Value creation master plan / playbook, 100 days plan and Quick wins, Leakage avoidance plan, intra-month cash flow planning.
