Chief Financial Officer

The business is a highly entrepreneurial property developer operating throughout the south west, with significant expansion plans throughout the south of England.  Privately owned, the business is exceptionally cash rich and is considering third party finance in order to fuel the next phase of growth.

Crucial to this growth is the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer who can lead the Finance team but also represent the business externally with potential funding partners.

This role would suit someone with experience in Property Development, Housebuilding or Construction and well rounded Financial skills.  The business is agile, entrepreneurial, and whilst this role is a board director the expectation will be that successful candidate will not be afraid to get their hands dirty.

Culturally the business has a real family feel, with lots of employee perks and a very engaged workforce.  The CFO will need to bring some financial rigour without the business becoming overly corporate.  

Experience of the local market is advantageous, but this would also suit a potential relocation to what is one of the most desirable places to live in the UK.
