As the Field Marketing Manager you will work cross-functionally to plan and carry out marketing activities that align global marketing and sales priorities across the Northern EMEA region for this growing global business.

Based in Berkshire, my client is a leading provider of printing and imaging products, software, solutions and services. They are offering hybrid working (3 days office / 2 from home) and a fantastic culture.

Description

As the Field Marketing Manager you will focus on the Northern EMEA region and key responsibilities include:

  • Building & delivering detailed quarterly marketing plans, with clear objective, KPIs and measures of success. Field marketing initiatives include - virtual & face to face events, demand campaigns, channel specific activities, external & internal communications
  • Maintaining open and active communication paths to sales managers and the sales teams
  • Maintaining positive and productive working relationships with vendors
  • Tracking the defined marketing initiatives KPIs
  • Managing the Field Marketing budget
  • Leading, developing and coaching a team.

Profile

The successful Field Marketing Manager will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment - with full understanding or enterprise and channel marketing
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Experience of managing and developing a team, or the potential/desire to do so (i.e. Team Leader level looking for that step up
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal (any additional European language would be advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical and problems solving skills.

Job Offer

  • £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE), 25 days holiday, discretionary bonus, private medical and pension.
  • Hybrid working 3 days office based / 2 from home.
  • Commutable from Maidenhead, Slough, Bracknell, Reading, High Wycombe.
