Boyden has been retained to help appoint a Managing Director for a PE backed professional services business focused on the education sector.

The appointed Managing Director will assume responsibility for the strategic review, development and delivery of the vision, business plan, and targets to take the business to the next level of commercial growth in an expanding market. They will require strong inspirational and entrepreneurial leadership and need to work collaboratively implementing business transformation, whilst building a strong, fully resourced team. They will define the structure of the organisation, empowering the team to deliver commercial growth.

The ethos of the business is based on firm values and collaboration with a team of highly engaged professionals providing the people that schools and school groups need to operate effectively.

The candidate will be a growth-oriented leader who is strategic, thorough and pacey with ability in business development, sales, marketing as well as having sector affinity. They will have experience of successfully leading a business unit with a substantial turnover, along with motivating sales teams. An exciting opportunity for someone who is dynamic and ambitious !
